About Corcoran Soccer

Corcoran Soccer is a co-ed, summer recreational league serving the cities of Corcoran, Dayton, Greenfield, Hamel, Hanover, Long Lake, Loretto, Maple Grove, Maple Plain, Medina, Minnetonka , Plymouth, Rockford, Rogers, St. Michael... and the surrounding areas… since 1999. Corcoran Soccer is affiliated with the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association. We offer affordable recreation emphasizing skill acquisition, conditioning, and most of all, fun! The league is for children between the ages of 5 and 14. Teams will be formed into age brackets according to US Youth Soccer Association guidelines.

Practices and games for all age levels are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, starting at 6:30 p.m., from mid-July through the end of August. Ending time is 7:40 for U06; for all older age levels, ending time is 8:00.

Please Volunteer! Because Corcoran Soccer serves nearly 400 participants, there are always volunteer opportunities. The program is run entirely by volunteers, including:

  • Coach or co-coach (we especially need coaches!)
  • Field maintenance (set up fields starting in June)
  • Equipment manager (set up/store equipment for each practice or game night)
  • Kickoff night helper (direct people to fields)
  • Team parent (help with player rotation, coordinate after-game snacks)
  • Picnic jamboree coordinator (and helpers to set up/clean up)
  • Administrative board members
